I hate niggas who be like lifting the same weight at the gym and then they are wondering why they arent making any gains. Like in order to actually increase your muscle size you need to constantly be stimulating the muscles with either higher reps and intensity or higher weight and volume. Its really that simple, if you arent training to failure and you arent training at the intensity needed to tear your muscle fibers then your just wasting your fucking time. And if your not overweight then STOP DOING CARDIO Its only going to make you into a malnourished twink. Thank me later

You need at least intermediate athlete cardio levels to have sex at the intensity foids want.

If you sweat or get out of breath while fucking them it’s game over, almost every time I did that they stopped me and told me to leave.

Don’t say cardio is a waste.
