If you want to actually get lean as fuck for summer just buy one of these treadmills that can go under your desk and just start fucking walking. I got mine for just under $100 from the brand LICHICO off Amazon and it’s a 10/10 so far. I put weights under to give some incline but they have a version that’s got an incline feature and also goes up to 8mph with a handle that can come up (really recommend if you don’t plan to use it with a desk it’s a lot harder than it looks without something to stabilize) and it’s about $80 more, worth it imo. It’s on sale on TikTok shop. I got inspired seeing this guy TooXChilly on TikTok who lost like 100 lbs so far in 4 months or so doing this method, he walks 8-12 miles a day at 3mph speed streaming Val. I started with 30-60min sessions varying between 3-4 mph in intervals and on my 7th day I just did 3.5mph for 2.5 hours straight. I calculated using omnicalc and here’s what it determined, I also subtract 20% of its estimated calories because I don’t want to overestimate my progress. I also put date time and weight but I don’t want to dox myself because I sent this whole thing to some people already lol

Anyways here’s also a pic of my setup, those adjustable desks can be found from Facebook wholesale flippers for like $70. I got mine a long time ago and finally found a use. If I wasn’t on a trip right now I’d have easily have done another 3 sessions of 2+ hours right now. It’s a great workout and super easy when you have something to waste your time w like a show or game

It’s training like the gym, in a month I’d be able to consistently do 3-4 hours a day at 3.5mph and burn over half a pound easy a day. Combining this with a high protein low calorie diet that naturally puts you in a 500 cal or more deficit you can easily lose 50 lbs by summer if you’re really overweight

I recommend always letting your treadmill run for 2 mins or so at 2-3 mph before you step your fatass on it and stress that motor

is it loud?

In terms of sound from the motor, can be heard a little bit through walls, not bad. If you mean to neighbors below you, if you go past 3.5mph yeah it can get thumpy

It’s worth it anyways

maybe I will buy a treadmill that costs a little more but has a low sound level. I already have a treadmill but its too loud for my liking

You don't have a standing desk so what kind of setup is this? terrible, treadmill only works if you have a standing desk so the monitor is eye level when you stand up straight.

Gaming chairs are a meme, chairs in general are a meme because we aren't supposed to sit for long periods of time, especially not like that. I can say that the sofa-chair is the supreme chair and the comfiest.
 
Also i don't really like the whole traedmill while computer thing, your posture will be lacking because you're focusing on the screen and walking with bad posture is no good.
Leanmaxxing best route is just eat less.

no sofa is kinda stretch, the best position for your spine is 135 degrees but its hard to concentrate when you are laying

eating less is not so good, if you walk for long periods of time your body will train to burn fat, and if you dont train/walk - your body will first burn muscles then fat.
