Alright guys, I'm just gonna drop some knowledge here. Copper peptides, especially the injectable kind, can literally softmax almost all of you, especially if you're hitting that oldcel stage. These peptides have a massive effect on hair growth, skin quality, and most importantly, your elastin.
In my opinion, elastin is way more crucial than collagen ever will be. Elastin is what keeps your skin tight against your bones. That's why you can be a mogger with insane bone structure, but as you age, your face starts to sag and you end up looking like trash because your skin isn't hugging your bones anymore.
This is something you should seriously be concerned about. I'm not telling you to jump into drugs or start injecting stuff without thinking, but protecting your elastin is key to staying good-looking for a long time, even past your 30s.
Look at guys like Jared Leto dude's pushing 50 and still looks incredible. Then there's Brad Pitt; he had to get a facelift because he didn't protect his elastin. You can tell he spent too much time in the sun, and it caught up with him.
Johnny Depp is another example. His face is sagging like a ballsack no offense, he was a good-looking guy for a long time but he didn't take care of his elastin.
When you look at people who've managed to maintain their looks, the number one thing they have is top quality elastin. And guess what? Copper peptides, specifically GHK-Cu, are amazing at preserving it.
One study found that GHK-Cu increased collagen synthesis by up to 70%. That's huge if you're trying to keep your skin tight and elastic. Another research showed it can thicken hair follicles, which is a godsend if you're dealing with thinning hair or just want to up your hair game.
GHK-Cu also has anti-inflammatory properties, meaning it helps your skin recover from damage faster. It's like the ultimate cheat code for staying youthful.
So yeah, guys, I'm 28, and I often get mistaken for being in my early 20s. I know that's not a huge flex since plenty of dudes still look young at this age, but for someone like me with minimal hair loss, I feel like I've done a decent job maintaining my prime.
Aging is inevitable, but I really don't want to deal with sagging skin. I'm glad I'm discovering all this stuff as I approach my 30s. If I can keep looking this good into my 40s or even 50s kinda like Jared Leto i'd be more than okay with that.
Retin-A has been the single most important thing I've added to my skincare routine. That, plus constant application of sunscreen. And I don't even do this for women. I do it for myself. I don't wanna look in the mirror and think I could've done more.
My skincare stack isn't complicated. I just wash my face, apply Retin-A at night, and slap on sunscreen during the day. Before I sleep, I make sure to slather on some Vaseline for a technique called slugging
People overcomplicate skincare, but you can add small things here and there that make a big difference. I genuinely think some kind of copper peptide, Retin-A, a moisturizer, and sunscreen are all you freaking need.
If you have darker skin and want to lighten it, you might wanna look into glutathione..that can do a lot. But otherwise, this is literally what you need to keep your skin looking good while you're young and well into your older adulthood.
