Reminder that nothing chooses their life, personality, looks, family, species...everything is out of control. You can argue that once you reach a certain age you finally have some control on your life, but even then the actions you take will be based on the character you have built based off of the experiences you have had since you were born.

Virtually nothing is your fault due to nothing being in your control. Once you accept this, nothing will really phase you, but you also wont be very happy. Just keep it in the back of your mind, and try to come to conclusions and empathize with people you don't like.
