This is good advice for some like me. I would seek perfection... something extremly unreasonable and huge... it led me to not enjoy the moment. I actually see now I didn't appreciate what I had, and that I'm good to go now even if there's plenty room for improvement...


Some others are complete POS but they say hey I'm good like this fam. Fuck off. So they remain the same or worse both either mentally or physically... not everybody wants to accept limitations lol
