It's true, you can't disprove God. But the problem with that is

If God genuinely doesn't exist, you cannot disprove him.

Because he's by definition, unfalsifiable. There's 3 reasons you should assume God isn't real:

1. Science (when don't correctly) rejects unfalsifiable premises

2. It's less cognitive overhead. Instead of entertaining the branch "We don't know he doesn't exists, so if he does..." Don't have to entertain if he does exist. You're wondering, "How is that less cognitive overhead than living by if he's not real?". Because if your default is "assumed non-existent until proven existent" you'll throw away lot of other myths you'll encounter on the internet, illuminati, freemasons, Jew conspiracy bullshit, etc. the principle compounds.

3. If you're wrong, and God eventually proved himself you can always update your belief about him then. Meanwhile, if you believe in him and he's indeed not real, you'll never figure that out because he's unfalsifiable (because he's not real). Essentially, you'll be stuck in a loop.
