Just sit on your ass and dont do anything if it doesnt come naturally to u you shouldnt do it for example i was gymcelling alot when i was younger and still looked like shit now couple years later unironically i dont do anything not even a couple push ups and my physique just looks way better i mean if u have something you are good at its worth putting a little work into it since it wont be a big deal because u enjoy doint it anyway tbh
