You'll grow all those faster if you do legs too. Training legs boost your T levels to insanity.

heard that argument before. It’s silly. It’s not like just training legs will boost T all that much

most retarded thing i've ever heard

not only is that a dumb myth but it's actually the complete opposite

training more muscles = more central nervous system fatigue + your nutrients and recovery needs to be split between more muscles

your leg muscles are huge, and training them causes immense fatigue and recovery issues which will hinder your upperbody gains

this is why advanced bodybuilders/powerlifters even need to do phases where they keep certain muscles at maintenance volume so that they can work on developing a select few muscles

what you said is utterly ridiculous if you think about it
What’s your opinion on creatine? Is it any good?

More pain more gain

his legs look normal in candids. The point is he’s not tryhardding over legs.

Hit shoulders shoulders/chest/arms 2x a week

and save one day for back and legs

it’s not retarded at all. It’s sound advice
but keep gaslighting normies.

the whole point of gymcelling is to go hard on the brosplits. And train like a college fratboy. Initially. Arms/chest/shoulders. Twice a week atleast. After maxing that out for a year should you even consider seriously “bodybuilding”

too many faggots wanna start journaling their calories and macros like retarded high inhib aspies. And following braindead bb. Com programs. Useless. This is one activity where you need to make fast noob gains to be motivated

not everyone is on the sauce u fucking ugly nigger

This is why I kinda chuckle when red pill YouTuber Hamza brags about his body

He is 6'2 with a similar default frame to work from and looks nowhere near as good as he thinks in his body.

If you're 6'1 or more and you aren't developing a sick body your neurotransmitters are at the point of no return and fucked. Who wouldn't do that with such height?

I don't think he has Chadlite face tho btw

Look at his eye-area

This is the exact phenotype and body girls swipe for on tinder

psedo analysis is bullshit. We all know what looks good and what doesn’t. He’s a right swipe to majority of tinder females

Give me your INSTINCTIVE view then. Is this still a Chadlite without the body in the picture?

I agree, it's one of those very popular retarded myths from Stronglifts/Starting Strength that make 0 sense whatsoever- I've also heard shit like how your arms will grow from squats because they hold and stabilize the bar :feelsuhh:, that squats and dead increase t levels by hundreds of % after a set :feelsuhh: and etc. There are plently of guys with massive upper bodies but chicken legs, you don't need to do a single squat nor deadlift in your life if you want to achieve your maximum upper body potential(although you should workout your legs once in a while).

Ive heard this a lot too, but I think it's crap.

Legs r big, and to train them u go heavy as hell.

This gives u insane nucleus overload, which means a lot more recovery taken up by Ur legs, and won't get the growth in Ur other muscles

A wide back and nice abs are very important. Tapered aesthetic whole upper body is all you need, unless your legs are comically thin you dont need to focus on them, sleek legs are way better than chunky disgusting powerlifter thighs

Quad extensions and hyper extensions boom, whole legs covered. Just do 2 sets of each once a week nothing more needed. Get nice calves from running
