I'm christian...but shit ain't gonna work if ur on ur ass...God helps those who help themselves first
- make sleep a priorety
-eat proper food
- jump for like 30-40hr a day, take breaks, best on grass or outside cus ground is uneven so shocks spine better
- stretch at night before sleep, do yoga, do hangs
-play sport that involves lots of running, jumps or swimming
-sprint (optional
-supplements if u have like zinc, vD, magnesium and shit
-eat eggshells (yes u heard me, eggshells...super high in calcium)
-drink alot of water
repeat, repeat and don't stop.
be consistent for like 7 months...don't be lazy or skip days, u got be serious bout it like....develop that "i will force myself to grow mindset"
