I know I'm new here so it's normal to take my thread with a grain of salt, I still have to learn the lingo of the forum, the rules and what not. But I wanted to make this post as I didn't see someone talk about it here.
This is the thought process:
The sole reason why your balls are outside instead of being secured inside your pelvis or abdomen, is because sperm needs cool temperatures to work properly (3-5°C / 6-9°F lower than your whole body temp).
So much so that studies demonstrated that high temperatures can cause temporary infertility by slowing or blocking sperm production for a while.
This study also affirms that your testicles and your venous blood have much difficulty dissipating the heat away. Which could be one of the reasons why Varicocele occurs, and why so many men have it. Although sperm production (from Sertoli cells) is rather unrelated with test production (from Leydig cells), repeated and very high temperature CAN cause a general cell damaging effect on your testicles, including Leydig cells.
Imagine the life of a person that
To battle this, you should start sleeping naked like our first ancestors did.
And obviously, icing your balls. Ballicing (?) Ballicemax(?)
There aren't any studies that confirm this (yet), although some people report an incredibly spike in testosterone after trying for one year: Like this 32yo from reddit who says it boosted from 350 to 850.
A mixture of these personal experiences, and the logic we proposed previously in this post, makes it realistic that this method could work.
This is what I will start doing from now on, it's your choice to follow this protocol or not:
Do NOT make direct contact with ice - skin. Always have underwear on when ballicing.
Direct contact could cause irritation, tighten your blood vessels causing you pain and reducing blood flow, risking a frostbite and more.
I'm making it seem more dangerous than what it is, but in case you are a very high inhibition person, you could try buying Snowballs Underwear.
I'd suggest doing it at least twice a day, for 15 minutes each set. Before talking about "not having time to ice my balls for half an hour", just consider how many hours you spend LDAR. When you scroll through tiktok or watch a youtube video or a movie, you could simply have ice on your balls in the meanwhile. Nothing would change, you are actually being productive while being unproductive.
Allegedly, the minimum time required to see any T improvement is after 2 months.
If after 8 weeks you didn't notice an harder morning wood, increased libido and motivation, then you can stop the protocol.
But if it works, ballicing might be the newest softmax to increase test naturally.

Imagine the life of a person that
- Has Varicocele, which can lead to even more increased temperatures
- Lives in a heated country
- Has the habit of sitting his laptop on his pelvis area
- Sleeps with underwear on
(other examples may include frequent sauna, or having a fever)
