because doing so you are basically telling them you are desperate with no other options gving them an upper hand over you which enables them to play wih yu like a cat does with the mouse. thats not a way to start a relationship or hookup or whatever. dont actively pursue these women, its pointless, if they come to you then its good otherwise its not
