The modern man's face is retracted, lowered or hidden under pounds of fat from the modern Jewish diet high in sugars, estrogens and fats (Goyim feminization).
Most on autistic.org do not know his bone-sculpted face, achieved after lowering the body fat percentage to 12% which is enormously difficult for a non-Chad, since our hormonal axis and our organism is inferior, and we do not have an optimized body composition. Getting to 12% fat for a mortal is very complex, but can potentially elevate you to htn status if you are a normie.
Imagine that behind those folds of fat under your neck you have a strong jaw, and Chad's, but because of your laziness and your Jewish diet, you can't show it off.
The best thing to do? Go to the gym and train 3 times a week TRONCO. Fuck man gymcel, what the fuck is the point of doing leg? Train core 3 times a week
Train abs 6 times a week
Run 6 times per week at least 8k
Eat a paleolithic diet high in meat and vegetables.
And divorce yourself from Jewish food.
