You cannot be 145lbs soaking wet, you need to be atleast 165lbs depending on how short you are if not more. A 5'9 guy can easily get to 190lbs while having a decent sized frame and muscle, looking good and being strong with weight behind him. You cannot be a skinny/weak manlet, you just can't. The world will gobble you up.
