I really want OBO too cuz wide set IPD, most ppl say that it’s really hard to find a surgeon who can do OBO, but you need a lot of money to find a good surgeon. Don’t go to turkey for it lmfaoo. As for invasiveness I heard giantimplants has a less invasive method of performing OBO

Because not many surgeons do it, it’s dangerous, it’s really expensive, and because most people here are too pussy to do any surgeries at all and just larp about getting them for attention

Can doing MSE or any other palatal expansion make your IPD wider set? And how tf would it even increase IPD, eye spacing is not connected to maxilla.
