Broad & vague question, but I'm assuming you're in your early 20s and have money. Best advice I can give you is "take action." In life, always take action aggressively and often. I don't know your situation so I don't know what that action is exactly. If you need surgeries, get them today. Every day you should be doing your best to get leaner, lift, skin and hair max, etc. Buy new clothes etc.

Maybe you've already done this and wanna figure out how to utilize it and meet people. Feel free to give me more details here or pm and I'll try to help

My attraction has only gone up since I was 18 (didn't really learn about psl until 21/22) yet my opportunity goes down, as I stated, late high school/early college is where you need to find a woman lest you end up like me.
