Eat healthy, probably should do some kind of cardio. There are not many options underage if you dont want to expiriment with peptides or something else.

Some of them can, there is a lot of peptides, just stay natural till 18 19, untill than eat healthy, get a good haircut, train, get a clothes style that will fit you, you can dye your eyebrows if you have to, use skincare.

Start going to the gym at 15/16, take some supplements such as ashwaganda zinc vit D, maintain a slight calorie surplus, and take care about your posture. Also at maybe 17 you can start taking mk or cjc ipam
