Yh ik his frame still looks mid with muscles but it is 10 times better than the twinkmaxxed body pic of op both in appeal and aesthetics. Apparently his neck also grew noticeably from gym alone that alone is a big boost. Looks around 17% bf and still has a very sharp face while inkwells need to get as low as 10 through starvation, what a god.
