The main thing you wanna focus on for continued growth is bone health and making sure your bones aren’t fused and are still malleable. A doctor’s X-ray can confirm this, usually a wrist scan. Malleable bones will also allow you to do mewing more effectively

To keep your bones in that state or try to get them back into a growth state, I would say do fasting until at least noon, preferably until dinner time. Definitely eat lots of protein (200g plus per day) preferably real protein with high collagen like chicken thighs instead of protein bars, drink lots of milk for the calcium, avoid lifting (lifting hardens your bones and kills growth) and do cardio instead like running. Make sure testosterone levels are high, and get lots of sleep in the mornings. Morning sleep is important because that’s when testosterone is produced the most and bones develop etc.
