ccw rotation by traing temporal muscle this can be cope bit some people see big results
How to bias the temporalis muscle

You can either train this muscle by clenching or doing short bites. It may sound counter-intuitive, but bite back on your molars. You want to place your thumb on the masseter and your index finger on the temporalis muscle, and learn when you are only flexing the temporaliYou have to clench (the temporalis only) as hard as you can for as long as you can. It will hurt the muscles, mainly next to the zygos (temporalis goes down to the zygos btw), you have to keep on pushing the muscle to create overload.

Yes it physically demanding on the muscles but, you cannot just clench the temporalis on and off throughout the day. You must push the muscles to failure to gain any significant results. Aim to push the muscle to 5-10 times a day(typically takes 1-2 minutes to push it to failure, do them throughout the day).s.

i tend to just do it subconsiously as like a tism tic lol pushing my nose tip up and to the side that is not deviated so it helps straighten out my nose. dont do it too much tho or your nose will get swollen/feel bruised

did you do the identical exercise or did you just push the tip of your nose up, I assume you did it at a young age to be safe check the noses of your parents siblings and family members to see if it is genetic

ok, i will leave correct things out and only point out what is wrong/misunderstood:

sutures expansion difficult risks, helps better growth does not directly widen the palate but helps
it indeed does directly widen the palate, excellent for proportionally increasing fwhr and pfl for narrow palatecels

beta Carotene excellent for skin take 25 k ui (about 5 raw carrots and a supplement)
also astaxanthin + lycopene

dermastamp 1mm every 2 or 3 weeks (not essential)
this actually increases collagen by 400% so its op, but do it once a week instead

dont take if youre not deficient

nuke this after 18 unless its alr low

I mean to travel the site by making vertical movements, a straight line
