My brother is 14 and 5’4 and I am 17 and 6’1 and he barley grows 3 inches per year and genuinely has grown like 1 inch since his birthday early this year. a year ago I was telling him about how he needs to eat better and sleep more to try to get the most out of his height and he didn’t take it serious now he would regret it for his whole life and now he cries in my moms arms because of how short he is and he gets made fun of it by his friends and stuff. Just brutal he got my moms jeans and I got my dads (my grandpa on my moms side is like 5’5) so realistically he will never be taller than 5’9 I just feel so bad and hope he doesn’t rope at least he got my dads eye area he could low key be like htn but whatever it doesn’t matter when your 5’4 in highschool
