Youngest age to get face rated with improvement advice

Probably a dumbass question but what is the youngest age to get a face rate with genuine feedback and improvement tips? I know that anyone can improve their looks but surley an 8 year old won’t be able to get a serious face rate with advice on this website, so what is the youngest someone could be to get a rate with advice
