Your prime starts when you fully develop and aren't yet deteriorated and ends when you deteriorate, my face developed until 22 so that's when my "prime" started and I put prime in quotation mark because it is not something that actually exists but a made up label, you lose collagen every year since 0 so just because of that there is no such thing as prime, next year I turn 25 and the only difference between now and 17 is that my face now looks more mature, subhumans who are doing drugs since 13 and are aged at 23 (they exist) don't count as normal. Either my hairline was a nw 1.5 since birth or it got to that state at 14 or 15, I used minoxidil for 3 years trying to regrow it and only tiny hairs came which makes me think that it did indeed receded at that age and that the hairs there went under fibrosis which is why they never stopped being baby hairs so I got a transplant in my hairline which may have counted as a hairline lowering surgery if my receded hairline was the one I got at birth
