You cannot change your personality after a certain age ! developmental psychology refers to this in terms of "critical periods" or "sensitive periods." If any of you think otherwise, please tell me why. I would say that a shy 20-year-old will remain shy for their entire life—barring any mental health conditions. For the looks part what can i say u can change your hair lose bodyfat clear skin , muscle dont matter . Im completely out of looksmaxxing or trying to better my looks i accept that im not good in enough for a relationship because of my appearance and even because of my personality !!! DONT DNR ME
