I've seen so many "woe is me" posts in the last few days claiming if you arent a Roman statue you have no chance...
If you are having these feelings I suggest taking some time away from the internet and spending some more time in real life with real people. You will find that someone with any looks can find a partner.
Yes the advice in this sub is very helpful, improving yourself will improve your chances. Im not saying no one needs to improve, (improvement is always good) but dont doom yourself to failure and count yourself out before you even try. Earlier this week there was a post on this sub or maybe another of a guy complaining about how women only go for guys with certain looks. In the comments he admitted he had never approached a woman! What???!!? This guy had deluded himself into failure and convinced himself he had no chance before he ever even tried.
I simply want to ask these people making these posts when the last time they left the house was. There are SO many average or below average looking guys hooking up or in relationships. I present this thing called "real life" as evidence. Every time I leave my house I see average looking guys with their significant other. Especially at a place like Walmart or the grocery store you will see in fact even butt ugly dudes who have managed to find a partner.
In fact Id even go out on a limb and say in MOST relationships the woman is more attractive than the guy. (Ill admit there may be some bias here based on my ability to judge attractiveness.) But my point is there is inspiration all around you. And couples to prove those posts obviously false everywhere. Dont count yourself out before you even try fellas.
How do you know you will fail if you have ever even tried? The REAL failure is never finding out.
