Heb dat zelf nooit gekregen, maar gebeurt dat wanneer je de pakketje mist of zelf kiest om op te halen bij een afhaalpunt? Je kan ook gewoon een ander adress invullen en voordat het bezorgd wordt doorsturen naar een afhaalpunt

Als je een app van die koerier heb kan je via de app naar de voorkeuren ofz kijken misschien
