Get a true mirror it will show you how you look like to others. My left jaw was kinda bigger than my right and it was definitely noticeable from a true mirror. But on normal mirror and camera i looked 100% symettrical.

Now u can also just take a pic of urself and reverse it but i think the camera over distorts it so i just recommend getting a true mirror

Most people have an asymmetrical face its normal for humans. Looking at yourself inverted is a good way to fuck your mental up. Yes people see you inverted from their eye but the problem is is your eyes have been adjusted to seeing yourself one way your whole life that when you look at yourself inverted everything will pop out making you look worse.

Symmetry is one of the least important things to worry about. Your asymmetries will not be noticeable to people.

the problem with my asymmetry in my lower third its very noticable. my lips and jaw are lopsided and my right side of my face looks less developed than the other side. I can literally feel it as well because i have less bone on my chin on my right side as compared to my left.
