For the longest time I tried going against my introvert genes, muh just expose yourself bro it gets better. Guess what? It never did

All I did was give myself countless cortisol spikes because I tried being the alpha loudest nigga in the room ”Just talk alot bro you’re gonna be seen as confident” is fucking cope. Maybe I was a little more social at the end of the day, but as soon as I woke up the next morning, its like my social skills had reset overnight.

I’m not saying to isolate yourself in a bunker and never talk to a soul, but be content with what ur genes allow you to be. 1-2 close friends is enough for me.

It’s just all down to the reaction you receive, no human is meant to be introvert, we are forced into that mould due to negative experiences when we attempt socialisation which are, as we know, driven by looks, money and status.

Theoretically you can attempt fixing those things but the clock is always ticking and my experience has only been that I fall further and further behind despite my best efforts. When everything you do is polluted by your pre-existing ugly looks and low status, it counts for so much less than if a normie did it.
