If youre under 18, a very high chance that your plat hasnt fully close. I thought mine was closed at 14 and then just a month ago, at nearly 17 i grew .5 inch. I promise you, try sleep train and eat for 3 months and you will grow a few mm at least

theres something called catch up growth and if you stunted a bit of your height be4 and plate hasnt close you will grow a bit if the right habits is done
