Your guys conclusion on the botb skincare and tips?

Im on accutane rn and in tryna change up my skincare routine uo a bit cause it aint rlly doing much atm rn im using the
Vanicream cleanser
Anuve clearance moisturizer
La rochay pussy b5 balm moisturizer [only sometimes]
And a spf 50 pa plus sunscreen [the brand is sun essence]
Sometimes i use the based skin spray onky for aftershave and when i feel to lazy to cleanse
And some supplements/antioxidants


Ik im on accutane and I jst needa wait for the purging to stop but what good conclusion have you guys come to for skincare and brands in general. Ive been searching for a while and gotten my own conclusion on what to use but I really want your guys opinions as for I dont wanna change my routine for no reason or get shit for no reason. My purging got rlly rlly bad from my upped dose but pls guys give me your thoughts on what's reccomended or I should maybe switch anything which I dont think I do need to bevause my skincare ks basic and normal for what people need but Im looking for add one to make my skin way way better and idc if the difference is subtle with it.

I was also curious with cystamine creams and whatnot.

Ghk cu is nice, my acne wasn’t bad but my skin complexity was and it fixed both. I would recommend trying it out

i use topical and it works just fine, however if you’re not scared of needles then pinning may be better

Im on accutane too im using korean moisturisers (2) for extra hydration as 1 of them was too light. Im actually getting an aloe vera one too for more hydration and cause it calms inflammation. My routine is
Balm cleanser (cheap offbrand)
hydrating cleanser (ceravee but it does the job)
Purito pantheol moisturiser
Illiyoon gel moisturiser
Sunscreen spf 50 (gna get a korean one later down the line)

My advice
- focus on hydration
- dont use products with fragrance if sensitive skin
- dont use any actives while on accutane

What i did to pick my products is tell chatgpt my skin type, that im on accutane and then what your looking for in the products. You can also get two products like the pantheol and your one and ask it to compare them and which one suits your skin type personally. Im not familiar with that sunscreen but ask chatgpt if it is good for the sake of on accutanr and also protecting against the sun to reduce aging as much as you can

Yes thats fine but use at night and also maybe 2 to 3 times a week for a couple weeks. Then up the usage you dont want to irritate your skin. Less is more aswell. And dont use both just 1. Niacinimide is prefered i guess but dont use more than 10 percent and vit c low strength.

I have only used the ordinary and it was good/decent but i really only want to use korean brands from now on. But i wouldnt recc something i havent tried bro itd upto u to do the research

Nikka im broke ive uzed heaps of their products no issue but less is more so ive cut out everything except clesnser moisturiser and sunscreen since accutane does everything. Niacinimide might help with redness or scarring but honestly itll tske way too long id rather get lasering if i get heaps if scarring. To answer u its good and you dont lose out if its bad since its "cheap"

Toners are for "hydration"? I have 2 abt to get 3 moisturisers so idk maybe if i get a toner id only need one but ive never had or needed a toner really. Idek what they do tbh

No say u tried tret from a friend and consult abt accutane and wym accutane terra mogs tret to Mumbai.

Accutane is litterly a godsent for acne i reccomend it

Well…. Tret is better for long term collagen and if you have severe acne I would obviously say that isotret is better. Tell me if i’m wrong

Yes no i agree accutane could be damaging long term 100 percent but accutane will always help eith any acne problem for example my skin gets majorly oily no matter what because of my dht from high naturual test and acutane has completely fixed that. I had acne but my skin was majorly oily which made it 100 times worse

just use tretinoin every now and then and moisturize in the morning I literally don't even need to moisturize now that much anymore and idc about the sunscreen on my face if I didn't hit the gym that day I aint showering and tretinoin works so well on me that I don't even wash my face when I apply it
