did you like have a good posture since then?im aware that bones almost impossible to grow after puberty ,but recently i noticed its possible to achieve increase through posture improvements/maybe something related to ligaments

I'm not 20 yet but I haven't grown at all since 17.

I've personally witnessed how more than 100 kids grew up - guys from junior, middle and high-school, neighbors, friends, relatives, etc. Most reached the most of their height around 14. After that, some of them grew a little, like an inch or two until 18. Only two cases grew a lot, these were very unusual - from 5ft at 14 they grew up to 6ft at 18. After 18, nobody grew anymore.

I was 181 cm in the morning of my 17th birthday and now at 22 I'm 183 in the morning. I believe those 2 cms I gained were between 17 and 19 tho. At 20 expect nothing tbh unless you were a super late bloomer even then I wouldn't get your hopes up.

if youre not trolling you mustve had scoliosis tier posture or you just measured wrong

Tying resistance bands on ankles and wrists while sleeping to stretch legs, spine, and arms
Long hardcore stretching

Do all five of these and you'll grow three inches taller

Did it work for you? I would be happy with a inch gain, 2 inches would be incredible.

forgot to mentioned but i fixed my side to side scoliosis

my real height meant to be 180cm but the scolio kept me at 177.8cm
