Based on those pictures, you don't need any of that  be very careful & mindful of where body dysmorphia might take you.

It doesn't look like you need a trimax either, but there might be a functional aspect that is not emphasized in your pictures. Also, you seem to be jutting/clenching/tilting your head up, which makes any assessment quite useless.

Restoring your temporal peaks would probably do more for your facial harmony and looks than any of the aforementioned procedures

I have congenital hemifacial microsomia (my right side is less developed, than the left): right orbit 3.5mm lower, canted maxilla, right ramus shorter, jaw deviated to the right side and a very mild overbite. (You can invert my front pics, to get a better idea).

Hence the OBO & bimax are to correct the asymmetry, rather than increase forward growth or change ESR/IPD horizontally. My local orthodontist is a close friend/colleague of a very credible surgeon on this forum, and they both agreed on me needing a bimax. The genio is a cosmetic add on.

Regarding the rhino, I have a wide alar base, and radix recession, that's why I want to get an alaroplasty, coupled with a radix graft. The infras are to fix my undereye, and I would want them very conservative.

I was probably jutting in the before's as my ortho mentioned I had bruxism and overdeveloped masseters. Currently, can't even physically "flex" them due to braces and bite blocks.

Regarding the temporal peaks, I guess you mean the hair receeding, for which I take finasteride since May.

Thanks for the comments tho, as I know most regard you as a very knowledgeable user!

I get the OBO concerns & agree 100%, just a personal choice I've made. Implants are a 50/50, but I plan to get very conservative custom ones

But the trimax and rhino are pretty safe, considering whom, I will get it with

Most of what you describe doesn't catch the attention and therefore doesn't take away from your looks in a truly meaningful way. I understand that it can bother you though.

After straightening the pic below, I see now the orbital asymmetry you mentioned. If fixing it was as simple as strabismus repair (for example), I would tell you to go for it ; on the other hand, the risk to reward for an OBO doesn't seem good to me. But you're obviously the one judging this aspect at the end of the day. And if you do it with full awareness of the risks and consequences, then there's not much to argue about, and we can only wish you the best outcome possible.

As for the alarplasty : your current nose proportions are just slightly unideal, and it may not even be the case if pictures had been taken further away from your face (pictures taken too close to the face tend to accentuate nose width). Moreover, I think it looks dimorphic/masculine as is. It is not a bad-looking nose.

Haze 1 1

(the nose expands a bit past the medial canthi, and the mouth to nose width ratio is very slightly outside the ideal range — 1.4-1.6)

Your radix appears mildly recessed. Taken on its own, I don't think it would warrant a surgery, as the aesthetic benefit would be rather minimal ; but if you undergo a rhinoplasty to alter other parts of the nose, then adding a radix graft to the list cannot hurt.

This is a case where grafting the radix would generate a clearer aesthetic benefit (yes, I do morph random people & models in my spare time  so I had this one ready to use) :

And, yeah, my comment about "temporal peaks" alluded to them being receded and thinning. Temporal peaks are often overlooked in favor of the hairline, but they do play an important role in framing the upper face ; strong & forward-projected temporal peaks will make any hair style/length look better. It's good that you've hopped on finasteride ; I would suggest to add minoxidil and microneedling to your routine, even so just to treat temporal peaks.

Yeah, oral minoxidil is something I 100% plan to add, when I find a good local source. Shipping is a bit dangerous due to customs in my country.

Also, I agree with everything you said. OBO is high risk / high reward. No one who doesn't know I got it, will outright notice it, but I'm sure it will substantially improve my harmony to a point, where people would start complimenting my looks, saying "I got more handsome etc."

When it comes to my nose, I rather want mildly increase projection from the side, rather than make it smaller. And it did get wider post MARPE tbf. It's all about harmony and proportions at the end of the day.

Thanks for the detailed morphs, now I see why you're considered such a credible user! 🙏

Nice progress with the marpe. How much did you turn/expand? Any facemask usage?

I assume you're going with Giant for the OBO? How did you convince him to give it to you:lul:

I have DM'ed Dr. Burak back and forth, regarding the possibility of said procedure/surgeries. Considering he ka Turkish and I'm Azerbaijani, I think it'll be easier to communicate / coordinate the planning etc.

My MARPE retention phase will last another 6 months anyways, and by March/April 2027, I will secure the required funds, and contact both Giant/Burak with the incentive to get OBO.
