Nose elongates if you fuck up your maxilla by doing extractions and mouth breathing.

If you keep healthy habits your nose will look pretty much the same until you reach 60 or 70.

Get em only if your eyebrows are very long and thick, I have high ipd too and when I had shitty sparse eyebrows it looked much worse compared to now, eyebrows are life when it comes to ipd/es ratio.
