I recently saw on TikTok some guy talking about the 16/8 method for height, and I was curious if he was talking bullshit or maybe has knowledge. So what is the 16/8 method? It's probably that you fast 16 hours of the 24 hours of the 'day,' and the other 8 hours you eat. So his conclusion why this works is because if the blood sugar is low, the HGH will be higher. I personally think it's a cope. What about you? What's your opinion?
