I think the first response is right. Parents having kids is actually the opposite of a sacrifice. Its an indulgence of fleshly lust in most cases today.

Why? Well look at the shit state society is in right now. The bible and the books of god condemn the earth to punishment, incels everywhere, and all types of crazy suffering and human body conditions akin to what hell is described as. Id say, thinking to have kids is kind of selfish in these times. I mean, you had it all- a wife, sex, decent finances and all foods and drink yet you still were unsatiated and desired offspring to whom you can call and possess as "yours". I can see if the child was a mistake, but not a sacrifice, a mistake. A mistake of having sex and getting her preggo. If the decision to have kids were intentional, did they consider how that offspring will be living? How its consciousness will feel in these times, with all of the condemnation, or the hellistic state of the human body and the sentence of body death? Did they consider those things and answer "yes!"? Now, Is that the type of person to make self sacrifices, or is that the type of person to sacrifice you?

I've been living for years and i never heard god tell me to "be fruitful and multiply", so by whom told them its okay to reproduce? Was it not the body?

Not having kids is a sacrifice imo, because the human nature desires offspring. Its sex, and everyone desires to have the most sex possible as its a lust. if i kill myself drinking alcohol until food poisoning, is that also a sacrifice?
