But you own the gym. You don't have to deal with some Human Resources department and the potential legal threat of a multimillion dollar sexual harassment lawsuit. A student is offended by you their only recourse is only to quit.. In theory a female employee is offended by you she could sue, but you are not a mega rich company, you own a BJJ training business, there are no real assets there to interest potential attorneys, it is called being judgment proof.

Status is status. Power is power. They are not interchangeable.

Why does the surgeon's work care about what he does in his off time? This was why I hate f*cking living in the West. I thought you were gonna say he smashed a glass on someone's head in the hospital waiting room and ended up getting a verbal warning about it from one of the hospital directors. I need to get back to living in Asia. The dude still ate sh*t. That's gay as f*ck.

Anyways you're right. I'm the head cook out of 3 different ones at a restaurant. I never call in or come to work late. My food quality is the best by far, and I'm the only one who can handle days where we sell over $6,000 worth of food. I'm the only person who doesn't really wear a mask at work. For 60% of the day I only wear it below my chin while everybody else will be immediately reminded to wear it properly if they do like that. I scream "F*CK!" at the top of my lungs, even in front of the customers, whenever I get mad about something spilling or whatnot. I bluntly tell my bosses some of their ideas are stupid without. And lastly, I often refer to some of the waitresses by how much they weigh or how they look instead of their names. For example, I might ask my boss "Is that fat girl with the short hair not coming in today?"
