Your thought about my jaw implants planification

Hi guys,

Last month I have consulted my surgeron and done the CT scan for custom jaw implants.

It looks good for me but I have calculated an 10% width augmentation, do you think it's too much ?
I havn't many height difference because my gonion angle is still low naturally (about 110).

Yes of course, I give you current pictures (end of bulking, about 20% fat percentage) and 1 year ago (about 10%) that I will have again in 3 months.

Currently (2 first pictures)
1 year ago (3 others), sorry for the cap was a troll but the side view is nice ahah

do you have a pic like this(selfie)

but made from eye level? it's a lot of distorsion in these pics... Can't really see your gonial angle where you have it now.

I'm asking this because with this implant you might go too low for the gonial.

I know I have hollow cheeks, I asked to a surgeron once, he told me that the bone was good, the issue came from the lack of fat in this area, however I'm a little afraid of fat grafting, when I look at returns, it seems the fat doesn't stay long in this area
