I'm not talking about the schizos who think they can change your facial structure. I'm wondering if they can change your way of thinking about something or even yourself? For example if you listen to a subliminal that says "I am a hard worker" do you think it can help?

I have never listened to any subliminals but I don't want to discredit them. I have seen it first hand where people say "affirmations" to their kids about something for example "Your drawing looks really nice, you are talented" and the kid gets more motivated to pursue art as they get older. Again I don't believe in manifestation or anything related to it.
