While I don’t like to post low effort threads here, I wouldn’t say this is high effort. Maybe mid effort. It uses my own anecdotes, and can be different dependant on area. This information could be incorrect, so take everything with a grain of salt.

I want to keep this thread short and to the point.
there are two people I know. Both are the same race and live in a relatively similar situation. not bad housing situations by any means.
person 1 is generally more respected - he looks better and is taller than person 2. However, we know that looks don’t play as big of a part in being liked as it does in the dating market.
Person 1 is generally more respected - which can be heavily attributed to his looks.
However, person 1 is pretty good with how he talks. He just talks normally. He doesn’t use the dialect that person 2 does. I think a majority of us know what dialect I am referring to, but I don’t want to make this thread sound racist or anything, as, despite others beliefs, I actually don’t believe all people of one race act the same. There are statistics etc suggesting more common things, but not ALL people are the same.
Anyways, this guy has more friends, is liked by more people (and adults). This thread is not to bash on anyone. Both are cool people. But i jsut wanted to remind you - while looks are incredibly important in most places of life, in worldly scenarios, tonality is incredibly important as well.
