Your toothbrush can be a major source of microplastic contamination

I would say the contamination levels on this is high because plastic in contact with your mouth + extreme mechanical stimulation.

I will look into :-

1) Brushes that don't use plastic for it's bristles
2) An alternative to modern toothpaste ( Suprised I still haven't gotten to this )

@SlavicPsycho went cold turkey on not brushing his teeth and ended up with cavities despite eating only animal products so no, diet alone won't eliminate the need for oral care.

You also need to just smell good and look presentable, have some class.

Anyone got tips on any alternatives that can achieve the things I'm looking for here?

All the ones for sale near me still use nylon bristles. They just mean that the handle is made of bamboo to appeal to eco activists

Or Miswak which is as good as toothbrushes for plaque removal

I do and I feel like it is much better than with regular toothpaste.
Also my teeth feel a lot stronger now and they never feel sensitive either anymore.
