so where is the disagreement?
the range where most people are comfortable is somewhere between 12 and 15%, you'd have to be an actual genetic dead end with dysfunctional hormonal signaling if you can't even get to that.

There is a set genetic weight an dbf percentage that your body wants to stay at. Getting lean and going under that baseline is just a losing battle and you will end up feeling miserable

If you don’t look good at 15-25% then I suggest giving up.
I was talking to an Asian woman and she told me she sometimes “forget to eat”. That doesn’t make logical sense to me.

Because it's a concept of restriction, which is against our natural instincts and therefore unsustainable

I’m not pussying out, but I realize the futility of the situation.

I know I’m naturally a fatass. Everyone in my family is a fat fuck and my dad was even a fat bastard even at his most active. THIS SHIT IS GENETICS

I know that if I somehow reach 10% bf then it won’t ever be permanent. Your body will always try to reach your natural state.

That's really cope. You don't realize your body eventually adapts. You have to stay at a weight for at least 2 months then your metabolism and entire body adapts. Same with gaining weight.

if u aren't losing weight whilst leanmaxxing after having lost weight that means 2 things, 1: You are getting complacent and are now leanmaxxing wrong via that be tracking ur calories wrong or any other reason, 2: You have hit ur weight plateau which means ur body has gotten used to ur calorie deficit so now u should try subtracting more from ur calorie intake

 
You can increase leptin sensitivity by doing most of the same things you do to lower insulin resistance.

You can shrink your stomach by fasting and eating low volume for a couple months

You can take GLP-1 analogues.


Tbh what helped me the most (aside from calorie counting) is fasting for 2-3 days just to feel and accept the hunger.
