It's insane how easy sticking to a diet has become. I literally eat one meal per day and don't eat again until 20+ hours later. And even at the 20hr mark, I don't even feel hungry. I just eat out of necessity. Pretty sure I could easily water fast for a few days if I wanted to

I'm 5'11 and 117lbs do I need reta ?

Is muscle retention not a problem when eating so little?

Well, even though I am eating one meal per day, that one meal has 1000-1200 calories and ~150 grams of protein. And I'm still cruising on 250mg of Test.

I've lost 5kg so far. No visible muscle loss so far. Will update if that changes

Don't you feel lethargic eating so little? I am on reta and I feel tired af during the day.

Yes! This has been an issue of mine too. But it's not like I have much going on IRL atm anyway. I wake up do my lifts, do some cardio. be present for some zoom calls (for work) and then i can just lay on my ass all day tired as shit

I've just taken shit load of caffeine cuz i need to paint my crib. will see how long that keeps me awake for
