they only got a small minority of people chosen because of that. i’ve been getting calls back ever since i americanized my name. ‘diverse workforce’ when it’s just 2 or 3 ethnics out of the rest hahahahahaha ‘diversity’ is just a checkbox for them. can’t claim discrimination when they have that listed in their application while favoring more ‘american’ candidates
