just use tren, hgh, T3,efedrin and clenbuterol because if you gain fat eating you have a subhuman metabolism, i already ate 3 bigmacs, 1 pizza and 20 eggs a day for 3 months and gained only 4 kg of which were fat, if i were chad would gain muscle mass

i actually tried anorexiamaxxing a while ago when i was obsessed with hollow cheeks, but now i just eat whatever and i dont even gain weight. i literally open up a pb jar daily with a spoon, often eat the WHOLE THING in a sitting (3000 cals) yet i am at the same weight tbh jfl

Your calorie intake is the same as your calorie consumption. That's why you don't gain weight.

Calories in vs out is the only thing that matters in whether you lose weight or not. You can eat whatever, if you eat fewer calories than your body requires, you lose weight.

I eat pizza very often, yet I lose weight because calories in < calories out. Some people eat a lot of healthy foods yet they gain weight because they eat too much.

I used to eat 3-4 meals a day was about 210 pounds. Now I'm eating just 1 or 2 desserts and black coffee and I'm at 173 pounds.

Black coffee hasn't any calories at all. Or it has like 5 calories per cup, so it doesn't really matter.

How many meals you have a day doesn't really matter either.

I gauge my calories, I've lost a solid amount in 3 months by just eating less doesn't matter what u eat as long as it's below BMR exercise is a bonus to weight loss so u use some of ur energy storage to build muscle.

Black coffee is primo for appetite suppressant I've quit it since I don't get cravings anymore. But it's insane for pre workout as well

I drink coffee with oat milk. Black coffee itself doesn't have calories but oat milk definitely has calories, today I have got like 200 calories from oat milk. And if you add cream or sugar into your coffee it's even worse.

Reminder to everyone: drinks have calories too, not just solid foods.

I am currently bulking, for 2 months I have gained 6 kg, 4 kg of which was muscle and 2 kg was fat. I am 19% bf now. Planning to cut soon. What would leanmaxxers recommend? But I don't want to lose my muscle, I would prefer to lose fat slowly but without muscle loss

I only drink black I don't like drinking calories. Quiting sugar is another big one, it was so massive my skin is very good and it made me lose bloat.

Get enough protein, lift, and don't have too big a calorie deficit. That's the way to minimize muscle loss during the cut.

Well that's basically impossible unless godlike genetics. Ull loose muscle during a deficit there's no biological way around it.
 
You might be able to gain muscle during the cut. But I don't offer miracles. No one wants muscle loss.
It's the reality of weight loss, you will loose muscle depending on genetics how much you loose. But you'll loose a decent amount.

No one can guarantee that but yourself, research shows that cutting/losing weight will make you lose muscle no matter what unless spectacular genetics or some shit or insanely high t.

Yea fat people eat too many calories so they gain weight and get fat if everyone ate in a calorie deficit they would be lean some people its hard for them to get lean becuase they love eating alot.
 
Best way is make room in your freezer and meal prep. Ive meal prepped for 4weeks together at a time.. make sure everything is counted and then divided properly when prepping. Then you got urself convenience, less dishes everyday and above all, next to no stress about staying on track for your diet (just make sure you eat the prepped food and NOTHING else jfl)

Unless u r a noob or a legit fat fuck, u can't gain muscle during a cut, let alone avoid losing any, like the dude said, don't have too severe a deficit, loft weights as much as your lower energy allows, sleep well, and get enough protein, and u will lose much more fat than muscle

Well I think I could have gained that because of mass gainer that I was consuming to gain mass. It helped me very well, but with muscle mass I also got some fat. I think after I replace it with whey some fat may be gone

I guess in theory if u are able to workout hard enough, like enough to get true hypertrophy, while being on a deficit, and getting high amounts of protein, then body recomp is possible.

Why I say it's impossible in practice is because if you are in a 500-700 cal deficit, while getting 150g+ of protein, likelihood is u r very low on fat and carbs, hence u won't have the energy to workout hard.

I guess if u have a pretty sedentary lifestyle, and especially if u are young, then it is doable, just use a good pre workout, creatine, and be conservative with energy expenditure rest of the time, and you can make some gains I guess

This is entirely different Bhai, you weren't cutting, you were just gaining, and it sounds like you're an ectomorph hence needed mass gainer.

In this case just eat a lot of carbs and protein and lift a lot and it will work like u said. Probbaly u gained 50-50 fat and muscle, but believe me this will allow down the bigger you get, just be careful

I hardly know any ectomorph who could gain 4 kg lean muscle in 2 months. And I have gained twice less fat. I consider myself a mesomorph due to the wrist size, but in my sixteens it's early to make such statements I suppose

Anyway, if you want to preserve as much as possible or gain muscle while cutting; eat enough protein, lift, and have a tolerable caloric deficit. There is no other way.

I think i've been too worried about 'starvation mode' cope.

I usually eat 1500 calories per day (according to my estimations) but maybe i'm under-estimating it and forgetting small things etc. (although that really woudl surprise me as I basically eat the same things everyday and know how many calories there are in it?)

So now i'm measuring everything, and i'm skipping breakfast too, and i'm eating 1000 calories per day. Gonna see if ive lost fat in a month or two's time or not!
