You know what it feels like to be ostracized based on your looks, so you wouldn't treat people simply off their looks. Appeal to nature don’t you think? There’s a lot of things that humans are naturally inclined to do but we as a society are able to agree are wrong and are able to correct, that’s what separates us from animals, it’s our consciousness. I’m not saying you will be able to not judge someone at all, but being able to acknowledge that this judgment is fundamentally wrong and not make decisions based on it is important.
