You know this is really funny how this information war is shaping up. Britain did a similar thing in the 1700s. They legalized all piracy against the Spanish so tons of British people became pirates in Latin America for the gold.
Similar today with hackers against American and Western Europe. So hacking won't get you thrown in jail and they will never arrest russians for pirating content so nearly all leaks in the future will come from Russia.
So it will sorta be like Indians although Russians are not stupid so they will be more competent scammers/hackers
