You probably have a warm bed, likely live in a 1st world country, maybe you have some family issues, you're a little deformed and have few or no friends, but you likely have everything you need in order to live out your life somewhat enjoyably.

If you were worse you could have been born severely deformed or became paralysed or crippled or some shit.

it's not a punishment. God/Universe isn't a punisher. It's just cause and effect. Whatever you do in thought word or deed will come back to you at some point.
