Youthful skin

I have great eye area, good jaw, good hair and good harmony but my skin breaks my looks it doesn't look youthful.
I have no acne but my pores are weird and I have blackheads.
I try using natural skincare but it didn't helped.
How can I get a youthful skin that ll make me looks better?
