I now have three channels. One will have my ultimate focus with one video a week and three shorts a week. The other two I will post when I want to. I have made no videos yet but made two scripts. I’ll update you guys on how it goes

i would suggest working on your channel were you yap, since its full of history channels and rpm is pretty low

work on a channel at once, when you know you're ready to launch another one and maybe delegate the video creation to someone so you can potentially put 80% focus on new youtube channel and 20% to give instructions and revise content etc
