Because men are rare. The world is lying just how rare men are. Human body grows similar to plants. You have the seed and the soil. Overtime the quality of the seed goes down and then the plants overtime stop bearing fruit or the fruit loses nutritional quality. Then you have the soil/woman host which also loses quality. cycle repeats. The quality decrease obviously has something to do with genetics, artificial hormones, food etc. but to put it in simpler terms most men today are born with innersex traits as well as women.
