It might be legit. Stuff like TRT shrink your balls. Finasteride lowers your T levels. Stuff like these obviously does "overtax" your "maleness" in some way. For a drug/medicine to give you something, it has to take from something else.

Drugs are not nutrition, they "rebalance" your internal chemistry. Maybe even your genes adapt to them.

Btw, Arnold seems like a more "genetically robust" guy. He might have just brushed off the side effects better than others.
